The simple design of the villa is made with respect to the local values ​​and the island’s philosophy, under the fragrant pines and will definitely offer you the feeling of Greek summer and absolute warmth. Villa Pine Trees can comfortably accommodate up to 5 people.

The most impressive part of the house is the garden, which is is configured in levels and hosts aromatic plants, pines, shrubs and lawn around the pool.

The simplicity and design of low tones characterize the interior of this small villa that will make you feel like home. Made with humility and passion, Villa Pine Trees best supports the saying “all things in moderation” of our Greek ancestors. Minimalism with an Aegean aura, Greek colors and island tradition inspired us for its radical renovation, adding the individual swimming pool measuring 4 X 8 m with the colorful mosaic.

The accommodation consists of 2 bedrooms with king size beds, a living area, a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious bathroom with shower.

For the decoration we consciously chose a relaxed style: tables and chairs of a cafe, armchairs, comfortable lounge chairs, rugs from the grandmother's chest, cool covers and airy curtains. The favorite meeting place of visitors and their friends, are the outdoor areas - the covered terrace, the flowered corners by the pool, the stone built-in living room with the colorful pillows and the shady corners under the pine trees.

At the edge of the Kardous Villas estate, the villa within the pine trees enjoys all day the magic of the Skopelos landscape with the evening sounds of nature.
